Child Safety Standards (CSAE Policy)

Effective Date: March 11, 2026

Venn Network, LLC (“Venn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting children and preventing any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (“CSAE”) on the Venn mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

We maintain a zero‐tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (“CSAM”) and any behavior that

exploits or endangers children.

1. Zero‐Tolerance Policy for CSAE and CSAM

You may not use the Service to engage in, promote, or facilitate:

-Child sexual abuse or exploitation of any kind.

-Possession, creation, distribution, or sharing of CSAM (including any sexualized content

involving minors, real or simulated).

-Grooming or sexual communication with minors.

-Recruiting, advertising, or soliciting involvement in any activity that exploits children.

-Any suspected CSAE or CSAM will result in immediate removal of the content and suspension

or termination of the accounts involved, subject to our investigation and applicable law.

2. Reporting and Cooperation with Authorities

We take reports of CSAE and CSAM extremely seriously.

If you encounter content or behavior on the Service that you believe involves the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child:

-Report it in‐app using any available reporting tools; and/or

-Contact us directly at: safety@findmyvenn.com

-When we receive a report of CSAE or CSAM, we will:

-Review and, where appropriate, promptly remove or disable access to the reported content.

-Suspend or terminate accounts where warranted.

-Cooperate with law‐enforcement authorities and relevant organizations, including making

required reports, consistent with applicable law.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, please contact your local law‐enforcement authorities first, then notify us.

3. Prohibited Conduct Involving Minors

In addition to the Community Standards and Prohibited Conduct described in our Terms of Use, the following are strictly prohibited:

-Sexualization of minors in any form (including written, visual, audio, or AI‐generated content).

-Sharing, requesting, or trading nude or sexual images or videos involving anyone under 18.

-Attempts to obtain personal contact information from minors for sexual or exploitative purposes.

-Attempts to misrepresent age to interact with minors for sexual or exploitative purposes.

The Venn Service is intended only for users 18 years of age or older. Users must not create accounts or profiles on behalf of minors or misrepresent the age of any person in order to bypass age restrictions.

4. Moderation, Enforcement, and Safety Measures

We use a combination of user reports, internal review, and technical measures to help detect and address content that may violate this policy. However, no system is perfect, and we rely on our community to report harmful content or behavior.

We may, in our sole discretion:

-Remove or restrict access to content that may involve CSAE or CSAM.

-Suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts associated with CSAE or CSAM.

-Preserve and share information with law enforcement or other authorities when required by law or when we believe it is necessary to protect children or the public.

These actions are in addition to, and not in place of, any actions described in our Terms of Use and Community Standards.

5. Relationship to Our Terms and Privacy Policy

This Child Safety Standards / CSAE Policy forms part of our overall safety framework and should be read together with:

-Our DMCA / Copyright Policy

If there is any conflict between this CSAE Policy and the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use will control, but we will always interpret and apply our policies in a way that prioritizes child safety and compliance with applicable law.
